Lets explore the objectives of this course
1.To exchange practices among youth workers from different countries on various aspects and perceptions of marginalization and inclusion, insights and values about youth work with marginalized groups.
2 To Motivate and empower youth workers for active promotion of combating social exclusion in their activities by respecting values and principles of European youth work for inclusion and proposed solutions and recommendations for challenges in their project management and fund-raising.
3. To Empower youth workers in understanding and using new Erasmus PLUS programme for their youth work for inclusion and developing their skills for working with marginalized groups within the programmes.
4.To exchange experiences and good practices in order to create a common working plan, quality criteria and communication tools between the participants.
5. To Develop new local and European projects for inclusion, that are aimed at raising young people's awareness of everyone’s responsibility in tackling poverty and marginalization as well as at promoting the inclusion of groups with fewer opportunities.

Good experience to make a change - "Miegantys drambliai" ("Sleeping elephants")
At 6th day of project participants had opportunity to visit one of NGO. Youth workers, who are working with YPWFO . It was inspiring example, which let participants to reflect on new opportunities and got inspired to use new good practicies back to their countries.

Interculture night #2
During second interculture night everybody could heard history of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Italy, Estonia, tried national food and dance nationals dances.

At the first interculture night we have listen portugies stories, tasted german "Haribo", danced by turkish music and tried polish food.
Good morning Kaunas!
After a long travel and first night in Kaunas, participants started new day with sesion - know each other better, after which we became new friends.
First days in Kaunas
2015 May 17th
First day 35 participant from 10 different countries arrived to Kaunas Metropolis hotel where the training course on social inclusion had started.
The participants were accommodated in the residence and they will be assisted for first basic needs.
Participanst had the Introduction (trainers, organizers, technical things related to hotel rules and environment) and getting to know activitieswere organized. Those diffenet activities to get to know each other helped to break the ice and the group become more close to each other and more relaxed to start new conversations between new friends.

Since the morning we have started getting to know with each other Intro to the project and the programme activities and after this the
needs, expectation, motivations and fears were discussed and after 10missions in Kaunas group became a real team :)

Meanwhile, we would like to ask you to prepare 3 things before arriving here:
1) NGO fear or presentation of your sending organisation.Please bring materials for presenting your organization and it’s activities (brochures, flyers, books, posters, videos, etc.). Keep in mind that for presenting organization we recommend not to make ppt as usually other participants gets tired of watching it for hours. Bring information for the activities that your organization is planning to do in the future
and needs international partners, as this T.C. can be a good opportunity for meeting future partners and to build future cooperation.If you are new in your sending association,please contact them and talk to your NGO and make more familiar with it's activities in this week:)
2) As you know Its very important to be prepared for Intercultural evening:)
if you will bring some food-it should be something you don’t need to cook. You are welcome to prepare some games, dances or something alternative what would be interesting about your country,especially your region,please try to avoind ppt presentations as well. We're looking forward for your creativity:)
3) And the last homework for each country is to bring some newspapers from your city-country. We need you to get informed about the nowadays issues-news in your country so later we will be comparing it over the Europe."
